RETURN & REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

We want you and your pet to love every purchase from A Horizon Dawn. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read our policy below carefully.


RETURNS

Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Health and personal care items (opened)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dawn@ahorizondawn.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


DROPSHIP ITEMS

Some products in our store ship directly from our trusted suppliers. For these items, the return address may differ from our main address. We will provide the correct return address when your return is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

A Horizon Dawn is an e-commerce retailer. Products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Return shipping addresses for dropship-fulfilled items will be provided upon return approval.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Email dawn@ahorizondawn.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions (we respond within 1–2 business days)
  3. Ship your item to the address provided in your approval email
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Late or missing refunds: First check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — processing times vary. If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at dawn@ahorizondawn.com.


EXCHANGES

We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at dawn@ahorizondawn.com with your order number and photos.


SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged.


GIFTS

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


TIKTOK SHOP ORDERS

For orders placed through TikTok Shop, returns and refunds are also subject to TikTok Shop's buyer protection policies. Please initiate your return through the TikTok Shop app within 30 days of delivery.
