Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at dawn@ahorizondawn.com if you need to make changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — you’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Where do you ship?
We ship primarily within the United States. Some products may be available for international shipping — please contact us for details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–25 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Some handcrafted or made-to-order items (such as Bestia products) may require additional production time of up to 1 week.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.

What is your return policy?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
